1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pakrom platform — including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer section, slot games, fishing games, or any promotional features — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the pakrom website. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and pakrom ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you are accessing pakrom on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these Terms. In any case, you remain personally liable for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pakrom, whether oral or written. pakrom reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the pakrom platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pakrom is strictly an adult platform. We apply mandatory age verification at registration and reserve the right to request documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and/or sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, whether applied by pakrom directly or through any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a person connected with pakrom or its software providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pakrom reserves the right to close any account and withhold or return funds where a player is found to have misrepresented their eligibility at any point. Accounts closed for eligibility violations will have pending withdrawals cancelled and balances returned to the original deposit source where technically feasible.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the pakrom platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered at any stage will be closed and any bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits associated with them will be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify pakrom support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pakrom shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Access to the pakrom platform via automated scripts, bots, or any non-human means is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

pakrom accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 network), and Bitcoin. Deposit limits, minimum amounts, and processing timeframes for each method are published in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without advance notice.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are published in the cashier and may vary based on network conditions.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pakrom reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via local methods are credited to your account in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to your account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed network receipt. pakrom is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and network confirmation.

pakrom does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently. USDT deposits via TRC-20 carry zero processing fees on the pakrom side and are credited upon network confirmation, typically within minutes.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawal. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, pakrom may process payment via an alternative method at its discretion, subject to verification.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed the standard KYC verification process, including identity document submission and address confirmation where required.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• Your account must not be under any active review, security hold, or suspected fraud investigation.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the published minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method.

pakrom targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours of a verified request, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically faster. pakrom is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network congestion.

pakrom reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Requests that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed or declined in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pakrom offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by these general Terms and Conditions together with any specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pakrom promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the offer, typically 7–30 days. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is Rs 500 or the equivalent in crypto, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus per promotion: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: pakrom monitors accounts for bonus exploitation patterns including low-risk hedging, arbitrage staking, and systematic low-variance play solely intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational engagement. Accounts found to be engaging in such behaviour may have bonuses removed and withdrawals suspended pending review.

pakrom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the amendment.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The pakrom sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports as listed in the platform at any given time. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pakrom:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pakrom reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at pakrom's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team. Markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets confirmed prior to a suspension remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Limits may vary by market, event, and account history.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered (e.g., venue change, weather stoppage), affected markets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the help section of the sportsbook.
• Cricket matches affected by the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method will be settled on the official DLS result. Bets on abandoned matches with no official result will generally be voided unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs; the remaining bet is recalculated accordingly.

pakrom's trading decisions regarding odds, market availability, bet acceptance, and settlement are final. Complaints regarding sportsbook settlement must be submitted to support within 30 days of the event result.

8. Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games available on the pakrom platform — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and virtual table games — are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable are accessible within the game interface.

The following conditions apply to all casino activity on pakrom:

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by the player or by pakrom.
• Live dealer games stream from licensed studio environments. Studio rules — including table limits, side bet availability, and game variant specifics — apply as displayed within the live game interface and supersede general casino terms where they conflict.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection. pakrom is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection issues.
• Jackpot game contributions and eligibility requirements are stated within each game. Progressive jackpot wins are subject to enhanced verification before payment is processed.
• Fishing arcade games (including Fishing Disco) are skill-and-luck hybrid products. Their mechanics are described within the game. They are subject to the same fair gaming standards as all other casino titles on the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the pakrom platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player context.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the pakrom platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the pakrom platform for any financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits via payment providers after funds have been wagered.
• Placing bets on markets where you hold material non-public information (insider betting) or where you have any influence over the outcome.

10. Responsible Gaming

pakrom is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications at chosen intervals to prompt awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account cannot be reopened early once a cooling-off period is initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. pakrom will not market to self-excluded players and will take reasonable steps to block access from the excluded account.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your pakrom account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

pakrom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, eligibility violations, or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed due to player misconduct, pakrom may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances on accounts closed for regulatory compliance reasons will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pakrom will attempt to notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of dormancy fees are published in the FAQ section of the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pakrom platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and data — is the intellectual property of pakrom or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the pakrom platform or its content without express written authorisation from pakrom. Violation of intellectual property rights will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrom's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

pakrom shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, opportunity, or data arising from platform use or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by infrastructure providers, third-party software suppliers, or force majeure events.
• Exchange rate movements affecting the value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain account security as required by Section 3.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking regulators, or network conditions outside pakrom's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrom holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pakrom's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the availability of this platform is provided on an international basis and that the resolution of any disputes will be conducted in English under the laws and dispute procedures of pakrom's licensing jurisdiction. Participation in the platform constitutes acceptance of this governing law provision.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pakrom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the pakrom website, with at least 7 days' advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the pakrom platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the currently applicable Terms. Previous versions are available upon written request to the support team.
